Mauro I1JQJ was licensed in 1980. His main interests are DX activity (on all modes and all bands), DXpeditioning, writing articles for DX magazines.
Mauro is the editor of the 425 DX News DX Newsletter (one of the most popular weekly newsletters about DX in the world) since 1991.
He is also a member of the IOTA Committee and the IOTA checkpoint for Italy.
He is also the President of the regional board of ARI for Piemonte (I1 area).
