YT1AD

Hrane YT1AD is one of the most experienced amateur radio friends. He was first licensed in 1969. He operated from many countries around the world, joining or organizing few of the largest DXpeditions of the last decade, including: J68DA, V29AD, 8Q7AD, 3V8BB, 3D2AD, YJ2AD, A35AD, YS/YT1AD, HU1X, 6W7S, 3D2CI, 3D2CY, T25A, K1B, T33C.

I had the luck to learn from him on the T33C Banaba Island DXpedition, when we were operating at the CW camp.

His main interests are DX activity, contesting, DXpeditioning, writing articles for DX magazines, attending amateur radio meetings and conventions.

Hrane has been the President of Yugoslavia amateur radio association for 11 years.

Hrane YT1AD often operates major contests as 3V8BB (or with other 3V callsigns).
